Those of you who missed our May 14th virtual presentation of Pilates trainer Stephanie Comella’s "Shoulders: your gateways to core connection" are in luck as we now have the recorded version available for your view. For many who watched her presentation, it was the first time someone actually explained the important function of the shoulder and the nerves supporting its healthy function as it relates to your core. Stephanie shared how our shoulders are the gateways to the rest of our bodies through fascial chains and that was just the beginning of highly informative and engaging 32 minutes that she took the audience through. Watch the video HERE.

Together with her business partner, Theo St. Francis, they launched Zebrafish Neuro and just recently debut their brand new book on SCI recovery, From the Ground Up. They’re also offering free standard shipping through May 31, 2020 using the code SUPPORTSHIP520. If you are interested in learning more about their approach to SCI recovery and movement education, you can also sign up for their mailing list on their website for updates on future presentations and they welcome any inquiries or questions via e-mail at team@zebrafishneuro.com.
