Nutrition continues to be a hot topic in the spinal cord injury community for many, many great reasons. It simply affects so many parts of our daily life as well as having a direct role (both in good and bad ways) to so many secondary symptoms we’re always challenged with. And so, it was timely that we had our May 28th virtual presentation featuring Kylie James and Joanne Smith, two certified nutritional practitioners who spent an hour addressing various aspects of a sound nutrition plan.
