Berkeley's CIL seeking to hire Assistive Technology Specialist & Mobility Coach

The Center for Independent Living (CIL) is seeking applicants for two full-time positions with benefits for an Assistive Technology (AT) Specialist and a Mobility Coach and they are especially eager to find qualified applicants from the disability community to apply for these jobs. The AT position educates CIL consumers and the general community about different forms of Assistive Technology and provides technical assistance in how some types of assistive technology are used. The Mobility Coach will work one-on-one and in structured group environments teaching people with disabilities to travel independently and safely within their communities.

But don’t wait too long before you apply. These are great opportunities to be among your peers and help them learn skills and experiences that are much-needed. You can learn more and apply for the Mobility Coach HERE and for the Assistive Technology Specialist position HERE.
