SCI Active Network announces COVID-19 Relief Grants for those with SCI

Thanks to a couple of grants from the Craig H. Neilsen Foundation and Center for Independent Living worth $15,000, SCI Active Network has announced its COVID-19 relief program for the spinal cord injury community. One program offers a $250 financial assistance in form of gift card or electronic payment to 50 qualified individuals while the other offers $100 to 25 qualifying individuals as part of its at-home health & fitness starter kit or for reimbursement of purchases of health goods and/or a piece of fitness equipment as part of recognition of the closure of many gyms and therapy centers.

You must have a Spinal Cord Injury and live within Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma, or Yolo Counties. As funding is limited, you’;re encouraged to apply immediately HERE.
