Backbones-Dare2Tri partner by offering free virtual adaptive fitness classes starting Jan. 27

Backbones is partnering with Dare2Tri to offer a series of virtual adaptive fitness sessions in February and they’ll start things off by offering a free preview class on Wed., Jan. 27th at 3:30 p.m. PST. The free classes would then continue every Wed. in February at 3:30 p.m. PST. These high-intensity interval sessions will include both strength training and cardiovascular activity. Each workout is modifiable for all ability levels and can be completed with or without equipment.

During the Jan. 27th introductory meeting, they will:

  • Give a demonstration of the types of exercises that will be included in the sessions

  • Chat about the difficulties of staying fit during the pandemic and the options available

  • Discuss the benefits this program would bring

  • Announce weekly giveaway offerings of adaptive equipment
