BORP to host June 18 “Bird Sit: Mindfulness Meditation Practice” virtual class
Just what exactly is a “Bird Sit” that the folks at BORP are hosting on June 18th at 1 p.m. PT? Well, call it a mindfulness meditation with a focus on birds which will be led by Audubon representative, Molly Tsongas. Experience calm and joy in this 45-minute virtual class where Molly will lead you on a virtual bird sit and you will also learn five common voices of birds and shapes of alarm. It’s suggested that you join the class from outdoors or near an open window or door although this is not required. You must pre-register for it HERE.
