Remembering Judy Heumann

We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Judy Heumann, an internationally recognized advocate for the disability community. Judy passed away in Washington DC at the age of 75 on Saturday March 4. She was truly a trailblazer who led the way to create an inclusive and accessible world for everyone with a disability. She inspired so many to become their own advocate and follow her example, paving the way as a fearless, determined and tireless leader who understood that the power of change comes from the individual.

Her work, passion, mentorship and inspiration to so many will not be forgotten. To find out more about Judy on her website, and to listen to her memorial service on Wednesday, March 8, go HERE
