SCI FIT Dublin Presents Their Second Annual Wellness Weekend, Featuring Kerry Peterson and Nikki Walsh

The 2nd Annual Wellness Weekend, presented by SCI-FIT Dublin, will be held on April 25, 2026 from 10am-3pm. This community event focuses on health, mobility, and wellness for those navigating life with a spinal cord injury. Hosted at their Dublin facility, the day will feature a variety of adaptive fitness classes and expert-led Q&A panels.

The schedule offers structured opportunities for physical activity and peer support. Nikki Walsh will lead two adaptive workout sessions, one at 11 AM and another at 1 PM. Between these fitness blocks, Kerry Peterson will moderate two distinct panels: a "Newly Injured" discussion at noon and a "Life After Paralysis" session at 2 PM. These panels are designed to provide valuable insights and foster connection among attendees.

Throughout the day, a wide array of vendors will be on-site, including representatives from NorCal SCI, Onward Medical, and the Challenged Athletes Foundation. Participants can also explore specialized equipment and services from organizations such as Bowhead, Vivistim, and United Access. Food and drinks will be available for all guests during the event.

Come down and enjoy the fun!
