NervGen is Recruiting Individuals with SCI for Upcoming Clinical Trial

NervGen is currently looking for individuals with spinal cord injuries to participate in their clinical trial at the Shirley Ryan Abilities Lab.

This trial will last for 16 weeks and is open to participants between the ages of 18 and 75. Specifically, they are seeking individuals with a single cervical injury at the C7 level and above, who have incomplete injuries and have been living with their condition for 1-10 years. Additionally, there is a subacute cohort for those who are newly injured.

Participants should have minimal hand function and be able to initiate one step without bearing weight.

The trial will take place at the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab in Chicago, which is an incredible rehabilitation center. Participants will receive top-notch physical therapy during participation in the study.

Participants will visit the site 4-5 times a week to complete clinical assessments, like blood tests, physical exams, and more. Accommodations can be made available on a case-by-case basis and compensation will be provided for participation.

If interested in participating in this research study, please email cott@sralab.org or call 1-855-559-6902.
