Sonoma Marin SCI Support Group Returns to In-Person Meetings

The Sonoma Marin Spinal Cord Injury Support Group is transitioning back to in-person gatherings. After meeting virtually since the onset of the pandemic, the group is moving back to face-to-face sessions to better foster the personal connections and community spirit that are so vital to the SCI experience. This shift marks a welcome return to shared spaces, allowing individuals with spinal cord injuries, their caregivers, and families to engage more directly with one another.

A Blast from the Past

This photo from the "good ol' days" before the pandemic captures the group's long history of camaraderie. Take a look at the picture to see if there are any familiar faces from those earlier gatherings. It’s fun to see who is still recognizable after a few years of virtual meetings—though it is probably best not to count any new gray hairs that might have appeared since then! This snapshot serves as a reminder of the friendships and shared history that make these gatherings so special.
