Staying Driven Free Wheelchair Fitness Classes

We are well into our 6th year of this popular program and we wanted to remind you of how important regular exercise can be for cardiovascular heath and mental well being.

This FREE virtual fitness class meets twice a week on zoom and it’s hosted by our friends and partners at Staying Driven who bring tons of energy and fun to the classes.
