This month’s meeting of the Sonoma-Marin SCI Support Group will be held on Monday, November 19th from 4:00-5:30 pm at the Clubhouse of the Azure Apartment complex (5 Indigo Drive –Petaluma). Call Stan at 707-774-6466 for more information.

Max's Home Cares accepts donations of clean, gently used durable medical equipment and unused home health care supplies which are then made available to people in the community who need them.
Marin ILC Hosts Anthony Tusler’s Photos
The Marin Center for Independent Living is hosting a photographic exhibit by Penngrove’s Anthony Tusler, a founding member of the Sonoma-Marin SCI Support Group, at the MCIL offices at
710 4th Street in San Rafael every Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Twenty one of Anthony’s photos, collectively entitled “Inside the Disability Community”, feature people with disabilities in their day to day, every day, lives doing everyday things.
Updated Consumer Guide
Adaptive products and adaptive lifestyles go hand in hand. New Mobility Magazine has come out with its annual Consumer Guide that shows the technical devices — and the techniques — for living fully on wheels. A must-have guide for people who want to achieve a higher degree of independence.
