United Spinal Association survey to help with organization's advocacy work

United Spinal Association has been advocating for the rights of wheelchair users for 70 years and provide support, resources and assistance through national programs and services. 

They need your help in order to ensure that all of their members’ voices are counted when United Spinal is advocating in Washington DC for policies that affect you and your family members.  They also want to make sure that you are kept informed about important services, programs and issues that United Spinal is involved with.
