DoorDash conducting survey of individuals with a physical disability, offer $150 gift card

You may know that DoorDash is an on-demand food delivery company and chances are, a good number of people with physical disabilities or lack of transportation use its service already.  We were just notified by them that they're conducting a research study in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento only to better understand how on-demand services (such as DoorDash, Lyft, Uber, InstaCart, Amazon Pantry, etc.) play a role in people's lives, specifically those with physicial disabilities.

The research involves a 90-minute in-home visit and upon completion, you will receive a $150 Tango gift card.  Specifically, they're hoping to talk to someone with a physical disability that sometimes/often gets help running errands.

To be considered for this study, you must complete THIS SHORT SURVEY (no compensation offered for the online survey) and if you are accepted, you'd be contacted to schedule the in-home survey.  You may contact Jennifer Luong for any questions at jen@doordash.com or by phone at (415) 935-3131.
