After another successful accessibility session at the Los Gatos Apple Store, NorCal SCI can now help schedule a session at an Apple Store near you.  These sessions enable focused time that can assist you in maximizing your use of an Apple device, especially when there are shortcuts that you can use to make the device more accessible.

Right now, it is not possible to sign up for these sessions online but Melissa Frank, who is based at the Los Gatos store, has graciously offered to reach out to any of the Apple stores in Northern California so a session can be scheduled. Thank You Melissa!

Simply email us at info@norcalsci.org and let us know what store you would like to visit and we will get you connected.

If there is a feature you would like to see on an Apple product, it's easy to give feedback.
Go to apple.com/feedback and follow the instructions.

We just gave some feedback requesting an enhancement to the Siri feature that will allow the user to take a photo using only voice commands since individuals with limited dexterity cannot easily take pictures using their iPhone.

This program is part of our outreach to the tech community to make their products more accessible for use and we're glad to see the early results and enthusiasm of Apple employees to be more responsive to the needs of those with a disability.
