Santa Clara Valley Medical Center’s Rehab Dept. will once again host its traditional Thanksgiving dinner in appreciation of the hospital’s Peer Supporters as well as welcoming back former patients on Thurs., Nov. 21st at the Cafeteria located on the second floor of the old Rehab building from 6-8:30 p.m. The annual event is a great opportunity to get an early jump on the Thanksgiving meal but more importantly, it’s a venue where you can meet old and new friends as well as meet up with the staff of the Rehab Center.

The free event requires you to RSVP by no later than Mon., Nov. 18th by sending an e-mail to Robert Medel, Peer Support Coordinator, at robert.medel@hhs.sccgov.org or by phone at (408) 885-2397. The address is 751 S. Bascom Ave. in San Jose. Again, please note the location on the second floor of the old Rehab building.
