BORP offers high-energy Rumba-based aerobic workouts

Bay Area Outreach & Recreation Program (BORP) continues to offer a variety of fitness programs with the latest variation set to Rumba-based, high-energy music that should give you a good aerobic upper-body workout with four hour-long dates already scheduled for you to take advantage of. The classes are led by Tina Ybarra and are held from 6:30-7:30 p.m. on Dec. 17, Jan. 21st, Feb. 4th and 18th. You can sign up for the classes HERE.
