Finally, signing up for SCI Clinical Trials is getting easier

For years, the only complete repository of all the clinical trials for spinal cord injuries was the ClinicalTrials.gov web site, a very clunky site that listed every clinical trial regardless of type. Not very user-friendly. Enter Spinal Cord Injury Trials, a dedicated web site for spinal cord injury clinical trials that can easily be filtered based on location, injury level and length of time since injury.

The site does extract all its information from the ClinicalTrials.gov web site which mainly focuses on the scientific community, uses language that is difficult to understand, and covers not only SCI trials but trials for all medical conditions.

Additionally, the SCItrials.org site offers the following features:
— Receive email updates on new trials of interest to you
— Find answers for the most common questions about trials
— Have the clinical information distilled into everyday language
— Applying quickly and directly to the trials on the web site

The site was developed by the North American Spinal Cord Injury Consortium, EndParalysis Foundation and the Canadian/American Spinal Research Organizations.
