NorCal SCI co-founders, Nick and Franklin, had an opportunity to meet with the therapy services staff at the Kaiser Santa Teresa location in San Jose on Thurs., Jan. 23rd where we conducted an hour-long in-service to four staff members, sharing the programs and services we offer. The meeting was set up by Hilary Register, a physical therapist at Kaiser, which we’re grateful to.

This facility sees individuals with paralysis on an outpatient basis and our goal is always to spread the word to all facilities that can benefit from learning about our mission and how we might be able to help support any of their patients with paralysis.

In 2019, we conducted a similar in-service with the Kaiser Santa Clara facility. Next month, we will be traveling to Vallejo where we will be conducting an in-service at that Kaiser location, home to the second largest number of new SCI admits in Northern California.
