The enthusiasm, energy, support, friendly rivalries and occasional talking smack has kept these adaptive and functional fitness training classes for Quadriplegics and Paraplegics going for five months now and we want everyone to know that we plan on keeping them going through, at least, May 28th and hopefully longer. If you’ve been hesitating about starting your workout routine, wait no more. Did we mention these classes are virtual and free?

While the classes have been separated between quads and paras, you can join either of these, regardless of your abilities, and be guaranteed of a great workout. And don’t think for a moment that you can get away with not giving it your all. The leader of these classes, Coach Steph, sees what everyone is doing and while she is incredibly supportive, positive and enthusiastic, she’ll let you know if you’re doing a movement incorrectly.

The Quadriplegic classes are held every Wednesday and Friday from 4-5 p.m. PST and you can register for as many sessions as you wish HERE.

The Paraplegic classes are held every Wednesday and Friday from 5-6 p.m. PST and you can register for as many sessions as you wish HERE.
