As we’re coming up on the one year anniversary of our working partnership with Staying Driven, NorCal SCI would like to remind the spinal cord injury community that our Free Virtual Adaptive & Functional Fitness Training Classes will continue to be provided for those with SCI of all abilities every Wed. and Fri. from 4-5 p.m. PST. Coach Steph Hammerman, a first CrossFit trainer with Cerebral Palsy and a wheelchair user, works with hundreds of athletes of all abilities. She brings a lot of energy to her classes and is uniquely gifted with the ability to connect with each athlete attending her classes.

Coach Steph's goal is to keep you engaged and get you as functional as possible all while having a good time. She is very aware that each athlete comes with different abilities, skill level and experience, so whether a Quadriplegic or Paraplegic, Coach Steph will bring out the best of you during these workouts. Sign up for these classes HERE.
