BORP switching days of Sit Fit Outdoors classes in Cupertino to Saturdays

The Bay Area Outreach and Recreation Program (BORP) is changing the schedule of its Tuesday Sit Fit Outdoors exercise class to Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Cupertino. The change takes effect immediately. The classes, led by Nathan Perkins, a certified inclusive fitness instructor and former Paralympic athlete, provide a combination of stretches, strength and cardio exercises all done in a seated position with or without weights. It’s free but you must register in advance HERE.

The class is typically 45-60 minutes long and is great for all levels of fitness and abilities. If you need an assistant to complete the exercises, they may join the class which will be held at the Cupertino Memorial Park Group Picnic Area, 21121 Stevens Creek Blvd.
