For seven months now, thanks to a generous grant from the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, NorCal SCI has partnered with Steph Roach, co-owner of Staying Driven, to host free twice-weekly virtual fitness training classes for those with Quadriplegia and Paraplegia abilities. While the grant has run out now, NorCal SCI has made a commitment to continue funding these important and popular classes at least through the end of Summer. The format of the Quadriplegia class will remain unchanged but we have re-positioned the Paraplegia class to a new “All Abilities” format, inviting everyone of any ability to participate in sessions that Coach Steph will make sure meet your abilities and goals. This also provides another hour in the schedule for participation regardless of your physical abilities.

The Quadriplegia class will run every Wed. and Fri. from 4-5 p.m. Pacific Time and you can register for it HERE.

The All Abilities class will run every Wed. & Fri. from 5-6 p.m. Pacific Time and you can register for it HERE.
