Gentle Stretch and Movement with Lela DaVia is a class that provides gentle movement and strengthening for people with disabilities and/or joint disease. Classes will include warm up, strengthening, stretching, cardio, and relaxation segments, all from a seated position. The classes are held every Monday from 10-11 a.m. and are fee-based. Learn more and register for this class HERE.

Open Gym and Circuit Training with David Blaschka is also held on Mondays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. BORP has some new equipment and old favorites to get your body moving. Whether your goal is increased strength, stamina, functional fitness or all the above, David will help you achieve it by working with each participant to orient them to the equipment with the ultimate goal that they will become self-sufficient or need minimal assistance to get set-up. The center has several machines, weights, TRX Suspension Training system and the classic weights and bands. Classes are free and you can learn more and register HERE.
