It’s time to reconnect, celebrate, and look back on decades of strength, healing, and community. All former patients, families, and staff are warmly invited to gather for a special anniversary celebration hosted by the Rehabilitation Center at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. Come enjoy a complimentary lunch, catch up with old friends, and share the remarkable journeys that unite this community.

Help Create the 56th Anniversary Yearbook:
A commemorative yearbook will be created and distributed at the event to honor every story. All former patients and staff are encouraged to submit photos from their time at SCVMC or current photos showing life today, along with a short message, story, or note of gratitude (3 to 5 sentences). Please send all text and photo submissions to rehab56reunion@gmail.com no later than June 1, 2026.
