NorCal SCI awards four additional Road To Recovery grants totalling $8,000

We’re pleased to announce the awarding of the Road To Recovery grants to four deserving individuals with a spinal cord injury, bringing the total for the year to 14 for a total of $28,000. Our goal for the year was to award 15 grants and given a couple of applicants still in the pipeline, we will definitely achieve that milestone.

This latest group of grant recipients included Jessica Kersey, Patricia Sanchez, Lane Edwards and Marchtrenda Bakare.

As we’re gearing up for 2019, we’ll be announcing our Goals & Objectives for the New Year and will definitely be looking at significantly increasing this program. Look for an announcement in early January.
